The cooperative functions strictly within the scope permitted to registered multipurpose cooperative societies.
Registration details and governing documents are available upon request or through the appropriate public cooperative registry.

In 2025, the Alexandrite-James Empowerment Community was established in honour of Oba James Bodunrin Adeeko.
In 2026, this evolved into KENCOMS LIMITED.
